resposta innovadora als nous reptes socials que les institucions educatives i empreses han de fer front.\u00a0<strong>Es fomenta principalment en teories de la Psicologia Positiva<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>que posen l&#8217;accent en el creixement de les persones a partir de les seves fortaleses, i de la import\u00e0ncia que aix\u00f2 suposa per a la productivitat i la felicitat de les persones en contextos organitzacionals.<\/strong>\u00a0Un gran c\u00famul d\u2019investigacions demostren que\u00a0les persones felices aconsegueixen resultats m\u00e9s desitjables en diverses \u00e0rees (relacions socials, treball, amor, salut o ingressos).<\/p>\n<p>Pretenem acompanyar a les persones en el seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019autoconeixement i orientar-les durant el seu per\u00edode formatiu i de desenvolupament professional. El que es pret\u00e9n es realitzar un\u00a0<strong>procediment de<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>detecci\u00f3 i desenvolupament de les fortaleses<\/strong>\u00a0(s\u2019analitzen un total de 24 fortaleses i 6 virtuts) per tal d&#8217;assolir uns resultats diferents als actuals. Els participants poden\u00a0<strong>potenciar all\u00f2 que saben fer i els hi permet millorar el seu rendiment al seu lloc de feina, les relacions socials i\/o rendiment acad\u00e8mic<\/strong>. Per poder-ho fer, se&#8217;ls hi passa\u00a0un q\u00fcestionari on poden\u00a0descobrir quin \u00e9s el seu perfil (quines s\u00f3n les seves\u200b quatre fortaleses m\u00e9s importants, nivell d&#8217;intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional, nivell d&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 de la compet\u00e8ncia de treball en equip, nivell de benestar, felicitat i nivell de satisfacci\u00f3 personal), i a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;unes\u00a0sessions de coaching personalitzades o en grup\u00a0se&#8217;ls hi facilita\u00a0la informaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest, aix\u00ed com estrat\u00e8gies per poder-lo potenciar i millorar.<\/p>\n<p>Per poder complir els objectius, en ocasions les sessions es complementen amb\u00a0<strong>t\u00e8cniques de gammificaci\u00f3 innovadores\u00a0<\/strong>(Lego serious play, Points of you, Toobeez, Cartes de fortaleses HEX, Paquet de desenvolupament organitzacional positiu, Mind maps i ter\u00e0pia assistida amb cavalls) que ajuden a treballar aspectes a millorar dins dels grups de persones i de les organitzacions, incideixen en temes de treball en equip, comunicaci\u00f3, resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes o desenvolupament d\u2019idees innovadores per l\u2019empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Els resultats mostren una descripci\u00f3 que permet crear i portar a terme l\u00ednies d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 que ens permetin desenvolupar tots els aspectes estudiats. Es proposen diverses l\u00ednies de treball futures destinades a realitzar accions que permetin un treball tant individual com col\u00b7lectiu de les persones des dels valors. Tamb\u00e9 es mostren\u00a0les relacions entre les fortaleses de car\u00e0cter i l\u2019\u00edndex de benestar de les persones participants.<\/p>\n<p>Hem aplicat el projecte en diferents grups de persones des del 2015:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>ESCOLES DE FORMACI\u00d3 SECUND\u00c0RIA I FORMACI\u00d3 PROFESSIONAL DE LA CIUTAT DE LLEIDA I ALUMNES DE GRAU A LA FACULTAT D&#8217;EDUCACI\u00d3, PSICOLOGIA I TREBALL SOCIAL DE LA UNIVERSITAT DE LLEIDA<\/strong>. El projecte pret\u00e9n augmentar la innovaci\u00f3, el servei a l\u2019estudiant i la millora del funcionament dels centres de formaci\u00f3, en quant al servei\u00a0d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 i la presa\u00a0decisions pel que fa al seu futur professional.\u00a0<strong>A partir de la detecci\u00f3 i desenvolupament de les fortaleses, els estudiants\u00a0poden\u00a0descobrir els seus\u00a0punts forts, el seu\u00a0nivell de benestar, felicitat i la\u00a0intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>A m\u00e9s,\u00a0compten amb m\u00e9s eines i recursos per prendre decisions,\u00a0poden potenciar all\u00f2 que saben fer i els hi permet millorar el seu rendiment acad\u00e8mic,\u00a0les relacions socials\u00a0 i l&#8217;autoconeixement.<\/strong>\u00a0En el cas dels estudiants universitaris, a m\u00e9s de rebre els resultats, aquells que ho desitgen poden continuar participant en l\u2019estudi mentre duri el grau, ja que es facilita un seguiment longitudinal al llarg de la formaci\u00f3 universit\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<li><strong>MENTORIA A LA UNIVERSITAT DE LLEIDA<\/strong>. S\u2019ha realitzat un estudi que pret\u00e9n establir les bases per poder desenvolupar un\u00a0<strong>programa de mentoria personalitzat entre estudiants de primer i \u00faltim any de la Facultat d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, Psicologia i Treball Social<\/strong>. Per portar-lo a terme s\u2019han analitzat diferents models de mentoria basats en la psicologia positiva aplicada i, per l\u2019altre, l\u2019estudi exploratori dels nivells de fortaleses de car\u00e0cter, intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional, rendiment, benestar i felicitat. S\u2019ha comptat amb una mostra de 480 estudiants procedents de diferents graus. A partir dels resultats d\u2019aquest estudi es mostra el disseny d\u2019un model de mentoria propi adaptat a les necessitats detectades de la Facultat i posa especial \u00e8mfasi en desenvolupar aquests components, que permetran millorar els nivells de benestar, felicitat i rendiment dels estudiants de la facultat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ORGANITZACIONS I CENTRES DE FORMACI\u00d3 PER EMPRESES I PER PERSONES EN SITUACI\u00d3 D&#8217;ATUR. <\/strong><strong>L\u2019estudi pret\u00e9n implementar un programa que a partir del coneixement de les fortaleses desenvolupi i potenci\u00ef els nivells de satisfacci\u00f3, benestar, intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional i autorealitzaci\u00f3 personal.<\/strong>\u00a0En el cas dels centres de formaci\u00f3 i persones en situaci\u00f3 d\u2019atur, aquest programa consisteix en un proc\u00e9s de mentoratge en que s\u2019aborden temes d\u2019intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional, comunicaci\u00f3, treball en equip, t\u00e8cniques d\u2019actualitzaci\u00f3 del curr\u00edculum vitae, fortaleses psicol\u00f2giques, aspiracions personals, satisfacci\u00f3 vital, felicitat i benestar. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s promoure el creixement personal i professional dels participants per augmentar el seu \u00edndex de qualitat de vida i, al mateix temps, incrementar la probabilitat d\u2019ocupabilitat. En el cas de les organitzacions, aquest programa t\u00e9 l\u2019objectiu d\u2019ajudar a la presa de decisions i d\u2019augmentar el grau de felicitat dels professionals posant en valor les seves fortaleses i talents, millorant aix\u00ed la seva productivitat laboral, d&#8217;accelerar la generaci\u00f3 d\u2019idees com a element central de les necessitats reals de l\u2019entitat i les seves persones, potenciant de forma natural el proc\u00e9s creatiu impulsant i millorant la comunicaci\u00f3 entre els membres de l\u2019equip i introduint millores en la seva gesti\u00f3, planificaci\u00f3 i visi\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica de futur. Per poder treballar aquests objectius es programen sessions din\u00e0miques en les que s\u2019utilitzen t\u00e8cniques de gammificaci\u00f3 innovadores. Tamb\u00e9 es realitza una valoraci\u00f3 individualitzada de tots els aspectes pr\u00e8viament citats per cada participant.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6>RECULL DE PREMSA<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>La Ciutat
