fusion-text-1\"><p><em>\u00ab<\/em><strong><em>Caracteritzaci\u00f3 dels professionals sanitaris que presenten baixos nivells de burnout professional<\/em>\u00bb<\/strong> \u00e9s un projecte pioner promogut per la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Galatea<\/strong> \u2014entitat dedicada a vetllar per la salut i el benestar dels professionals de la salut\u2014 i la <strong>Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC)<\/strong>, seleccionada en la<strong> Convocat\u00f2ria Connecta 2023 de l&#8217;Observatori Social de la Fundaci\u00f3 \u00abla Caixa\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A difer\u00e8ncia dels estudis habituals, que se centren en les causes del malestar dels professionals de la salut, aquest projecte capgira la perspectiva: vol <strong>identificar quines caracter\u00edstiques tenen en com\u00fa \u00a0els i les professionals de la medicina i la infermeria<\/strong> que, malgrat les adversitats, mantenen <strong>nivells baixos de desgast professional<\/strong>. L&#8217;objectiu final \u00e9s generar evid\u00e8ncies per dissenyar noves accions de promoci\u00f3 de la salut i d&#8217;autocura fonamentades en aquestes conclusions.<\/p>\n<p>El projecte s&#8217;ha desenvolupat en dues fases. La primera, de car\u00e0cter quantitatiu, va permetre identificar, entre m\u00e9s de 600 professionals participants, \u00a0el grup de professionals amb nivells m\u00e9s baixos de desgast. La segona fase, de caire qualitatiu, es va estructurar en dues accions: uns grups de discussi\u00f3 amb 117 professionals de diversos \u00e0mbits assistencials de Catalunya que no pateixen burnout, celebrats a Barcelona, Tarragona, Lleida i Girona, gestionats per la C\u00e0tedra d&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 Social de la Universitat de Lleida (Udl) i una experi\u00e8ncia immersiva de realitat virtual, a c\u00e0rrec d&#8217;investigadors de la Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona (UAB), per afrontar situacions d&#8217;estr\u00e8s del seu dia a dia.<\/p>\n<p>A partir d&#8217;aquesta fase, la C\u00e0tedra d&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 Social ha elaborat un informe que identifica els <strong>factors de risc que incrementen la vulnerabilitat al burnout<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com els<strong> factors protectors<\/strong> \u2014individuals, relacionals i organitzacionals\u2014 que permeten sostenir el benestar professional a llarg termini. Les conclusions apunten que la prevenci\u00f3 del burnout no \u00e9s una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica sin\u00f3 cultural i pol\u00edtica, i que <strong>cuidar qui cuida \u00e9s una condici\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria per garantir la qualitat i la sostenibilitat del sistema sanitari<\/strong>.
